Satisfied Mitchell Camera Users from the 40's

Pebbles here. Apparently the Mitchell Camera Corp went through many different advertising campaigns through their long history.

One in particular made me laugh due to its approach. I believe the main theme is that of a testimonial. The plan was to contact and most likely pay, a highly well known A.S.C. individual and feature him on a full page ad, as a satisfied Mitchell Camera User.

mr. pebbles,
Thank you for posting those ads! Where did you find them? Great ads, you can see what the D.o.Ps looked like after all these years of reading their names on the film credits.

If they are from the 40s, were they published during the war, or after? I can't imagine Mitchell did much advertising during the war.
